I'm an old member who recently renewed/ re-joined Mensa. How do I login to the website and my email?

Your renewal might take a few days to be processed. Once it has been processed, your account will be fully restored with full access rights.

If you previously had an online account, you can follow the steps listed on this page ( to reset your password. 

If you do not have an online account (mostly applicable to members whose previous membership expired before 2014), please open a new support ticket for us to create an account for you. Do specify your preferred username when contacting us.
