When submitting a ticket, please select the correct subject heading to ensure it reaches the correct person. E.g. If you have a question on admission, please select "Admission Test" under subject heading. Otherwise, your ticket might experience a delay.

Note that the tickets are manned primarily by volunteers who hold other day jobs. You might have to wait 5-10 working days to get a reply.

If your request is urgent (related to membership or testing matters), please open a ticket first and then call us at 63455288 during normal office hours for us to look into your case.
